Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with the brand identity and objectives.
- Create visually striking graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including digital and print assets.
- Work across different marketing channels and medium
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure designs are fresh, relevant, and engaging.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
- Provide creative input and feedback during brainstorming sessions and design reviews.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Utilize design software and tools effectively to produce high-quality designs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Creative Designer or similar role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software for both digital and offline creatives such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CD).
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback into designs.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
- Knowledge of web design principles and HTML/CSS.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and prototyping tools like sketch and figma is a plus
