Assistant Manager Finance - Meerut
Invoice Generation: Create and process invoices using ZOHO, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Purchase Order (PO) Management: Generate and release Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring compliance with procurement processes.
Data Management: Maintain and organize business process data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for decision-making.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth financial transactions.
Assist in reconciling financial records and resolving discrepancies.
Generate periodic reports on payables, receivables, and procurement activities.
Support audits and compliance requirements by providing necessary documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, procurement, or a similar role.
Proficiency in ZOHO Books and purchase order management.
Strong data management and analytical skills.
Attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
