Customer Support Specialist
Candidate must have good communication skills. Freshers as well as experienced Required . CTC 2.5 to 3.5 Lacs /Year.Number of Vacancies - 50
Sr Core Requirements :-Team Leaders with 1 to 2 years experience in Managing Floor with Span 0f 20-25 FTE. CTC 3 to 6 Lacs / Year . Number of Vacancies - 10
Trainers / QA with 1 to 5 years experience in Inbound Process Training / Quality . CTC 3 to 3.5 -5.5 Lacs / Year . Number of Vacancies - 5
WFM/ RTM Executives with minimum 6 months experience in RTM/ WFM . CTC 3.5 to 4.5 Lacs / Year . Number of Vacancies - 5
Customer Support Specialist Role: Provide a wow experience for our customers by going the extra mile enquiries are via email / chat , or via phone call
Help implement new efficiencies and process to improve our customer service and speedProvide solutions to problems quickly and efficiently
Design email responses to leave customers happy and satisfied
Work closely with customer service team to support and motivate each other
We need someone with: A caring and sympathetic nature
Excellent people and social skillsVery confident telephone manner
Fast paced worker (at the computer) and thinker to achieve daily KPIs
Must be a confident typist and have excellent grammar
