Identifying and acquiring skilled workers to meet organizational

needs.

Responsible for identifying, acquiring, assessing, and hiring

candidates to fill open positions as per client requirements.

Sourcing potential candidates through online company career

portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms.

Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with

potential candidates and past applicants.

Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video

call interviews with shortlisted candidates.

Achieving targets on monthly and quarterly basis
