INVIDI Technologies - Ad Operations Specialist (5-10 yrs)

As an Ad Operations Specialist you will oversee all operational aspects of campaign management as a managed service for leading broadcasters, media companies and other premium video publishers. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the creative, trafficking, reporting, and billing needs for clients using this service.This position requires excellent organizational skills along with the ability to manage critical follow-up on a wide variety of issues and candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment, working globally across a variety of teams.
You will serve as a liaison between Customer and the Engineering Team to ensure campaigns are delivered as per the expectations.
The position will report directly to the Sr. Customer Relationship Manager in Business Development and will be based in Bengaluru, India.
Key responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Strategize, implement, and oversee digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., video, mobile, CTV).
- Foster collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Understand and enforce naming conventions and targeting for digital campaigns.
Ad Trafficking & Optimization:
- Gather trafficking requirements for the seamless execution of digital campaigns.
- Perform ad trafficking and quality assurance to ensure compliance with platform specifications and error-free launches.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics including CTR, CPM, and ROI.
- Deploy A/B testing strategies to enhance ad campaign performance.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze campaign data to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Generate regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Work closely with the product team to develop advanced reporting dashboards.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate cross-functionally across sales, product, engineering and technical communication teams to ensure alignment and integration of ad operations with overall business objectives.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior team members as required.
You must have:
- Prior experience in Digital Marketing, video/mobile advertising, or related fields.
- Proficiency in ad tech platforms such as Google Ad Manager, Adobe, Ad Exchange, Xandr, Freewheel, DMPs, etc.
- Proficient with multiple DSPs and comprehensive knowledge of the RTB and broader programmatic landscape.
- Working experience with troubleshooting tools like Charles, Fiddler, Google developer tools, debug/network logs, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of Video Ad tech platforms and protocols is a must.
- Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
