Job Description

A Digital agency is hiring for the profile of Motion Graphic Designer + Video Editor.

Experience: 2-4 years

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop (knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software is a plus).
• Strong understanding oftypography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Experience in creating animated explainer videos, kinetic typography, and social media content.
• Familiarity with trends in digital content, social media formats, and engagement strategies.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to evolving creative requirements.
• A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating expertise in motion graphics and video editing.
• Understanding ofmotion graphicswould be great, too!
• Ability to work cohesively in a team
• Agilityto move across multiple clients visually
• Keen eye for design & detail
• Stay abreast on latest design trends, what works, what does not

• Conceptualize, design, and create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video edits for digital campaigns, social media, and marketing collaterals.
• Edit and enhance video footage, including color correction, sound design, and special effects, ensuring high production quality.
• Collaborate closely with thecontent, design, and digital marketing teamsto create engaging visual narratives.
• Work on brand films, product explainers, promotional videos, reels, and short-form contentoptimized for different platforms.
• Develop and refine motion graphics templates and visual assets to streamline video production.
• Stay updated with trends in video editing, animation, and digital storytelling to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining brand consistency and creative excellence.
• Working on different projects simultaneously while weighing the importance of specific jobs and prioritizing accordingly
• Staying up to date with the latest design trends and maintain the design standards while having a futuristic approach
• Enforce consistency of brand standardsand work internally with cross-functional teams to stay up to date with changes; have a strong familiarity with look, feel, voice and overall brand presence for each client
• Demonstrate a passion for solving problems and participate increative conceptualisation and brainstorming sessions
