We are looking for a highly skilled Python QA Engineer with ETL testing experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing, ETL processes, and data validation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Automate ETL and data validation testing using Python and SQL.
• Work closely with data engineers and developers to ensure data integrity and correctness.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for data pipelines and ETL workflows.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing of ETL systems.
• Debug issues in ETL workflows, track defects, and work with development teams for resolution.
• Validate data transformations, data mappings, and data loads to ensure accuracy.
• Utilize CI/CD tools to integrate automated tests into the development pipeline.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4-9 years of experience in QA automation and ETL testing.
• Strong proficiency in Python for test automation.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data validation and ETL testing.
• Experience in ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or AWS Glue.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and big data technologies.
• Strong understanding of API testing and automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of pytest, Selenium, or other Python-based testing frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile environments with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Docker, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Cloud ETL solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with Kafka, Spark, or other data processing frameworks.
• Experience with performance testing and data reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, TestRail, or other test management tools.
