AD - Sales Enablement (Insurance, 12+ years, Gurgaon)

About Our Client

The role will focus on the Insurance sector specifically.

• Work with senior internal and external stakeholders in the sales enablement domain
• The candidate will work as a solution architect and act as a one-stop solution provider for the Insurance business globally
• S/he will work as an interface between the sector heads globally to develop a roadmap for the sector growth
• S/he will also develop key sector insights which will be used by the teams to grow the business in their respective regions
• The candidate will also be responsible for working on thought leadership material for the organisation

• Atleast 12+ years of experience in a sales enablement role - with focus in the Insurance space
• The ideal candidate should have an experience of working with senior stakeholders in helping them drive growth strategies for the business
• S/he should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The candidate should be comfortable with data and should be adept at deriving actionable insights from the data that s/he works on
• S/he should have an exposure of working with global stakeholders
