We are seeking a motivated Assistant Manager - Vendor Relations to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will assist in managing and optimizing vendor relationships to ensure that our operational needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities- Assist in managing vendor relationships to ensure service delivery meets company standards.
- Coordinate with vendors to negotiate contracts and pricing.
- Monitor vendor performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with agreed terms.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address vendor-related issues and improve processes.
- Support the procurement team in sourcing new vendors and evaluating their capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in vendor management or procurement.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel or similar software.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with contract management and procurement processes.
