- Responsibilities:-
- Proficient in front desk, receptionist activities, telephone handling, telephone operating, front office operations, front office management, guest relations, guest handling, reception, front office, and guest relations skills.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
- Works on special projects as assigned by the Managing Director.
