We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and diligent candidate to expand our Business Development Team. The primary role and responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Proposal Management including documentation, bid preparation (non-technical parts), internal & external coordination, bid compilation, bid submission (online & offline) and tracking.
• Coordination & communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Maintaining database for internal ERP systems relevant to BD/ Marketing.
• BD Analysis & Market Research - Preparation of BD update reports & presentations.
• Support in Marketing (Events & Conferences) activities and coordination.

Qualifications

Minimum Experience: 2 Years in Tender preparation and submission

Skills Required:

• Good written and verbal communication in English
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suit is must, Adobe Suite is a plus
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and should be a team player.
• Strong ability to multi-task prioritizes and adapt to shifting priorities.
