Marketing and Creative Specialist
- Graphic Design & Creative Development:
Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials, both digital and
print (e.g., social media posts, brochures, banners, posters, email templates,advertisements, etc.).
Design and maintain branding assets, ensuring consistency across all
channels.
Produce graphics, layouts, and infographics for websites, blogs, and social
media.
Develop creative concepts and ideas for indoor and outdoor marketing
campaigns (e.g., billboards, signage, event materials, etc.).- Web Development & Maintenance:
Design, develop, and maintain the company website and landing pages.
Ensure the website is user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for SEO.
Regularly update the website content, including product details, blog posts,and promotional information.
Troubleshoot and resolve any web-related issues to ensure smooth
functionality.- Digital Marketing & Campaign Management:

Develop and manage social media strategies to increase engagement, drive
traffic, and generate leads.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google
Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms.
Optimize online campaigns and content for maximum reach, engagement,and conversion.
- Social Media Marketing:
Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms
(Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Create engaging social media content, including posts, stories, and
advertisements, to align with brand goals and campaigns.
Respond to social media inquiries and engage with the online community.
Collaborate with influencers or partners for promotional campaigns and
product launches.- Indoor & Outdoor Marketing:
including in-store displays, event setups, and promotional materials.
Plan and oversee outdoor advertising campaigns, such as billboards, transit
ads, banners, and posters, ensuring high visibility and brand alignment.
Collaborate with vendors, printers, and event organizers to execute marketing
strategies.- Brand Strategy & Communication:
Assist in developing the company's overall brand strategy and positioning.
Ensure consistency of messaging and visuals across all marketing channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and
target audiences, creating effective marketing materials.- Reporting & Performance Tracking:
Track and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, both digital
and physical.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts and
improve ROI.
Stay updated on current marketing trends and competitor activity to ensure
the organization's marketing efforts remain innovative and relevant.
