SA is a critical segment in REL business, ops team always played pivotal role in optimizing sales efficiency and effectiveness. Primarily focuses on multi data dimensional data, preparing reports , tracking sales performance, enabling sales managers & sales leaders to be on top of things.Responsible for sales enablement on sales tools & system - subject matter expert who works with AP sales enablement team to optimize system features & feedback on user interface & tool navigation. Supporting segment head for all business reviews, BMS & cadences.
The ops manager also focus to drive initiatives for SA, track actions. Manage Account list & account level performance tracking.
