We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in a similar role and will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule and manage appointments for staff
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain records of visitors and calls
- Provide information to visitors about the organization and services offered
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role (1-5 years)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Customer service orientation and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of telephone systems and office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
