We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in a similar role and will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Schedule and manage appointments for staff
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain records of visitors and calls
  • Provide information to visitors about the organization and services offered
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role (1-5 years)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Customer service orientation and professional demeanor
  • Knowledge of telephone systems and office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
