WRA Lead - Renewable Energy

About Our Client

Our client is a leading organization in the Renewable Energy sector. They are based in Gurugram and have a strong reputation for innovation and sustainability in their Engineering & Manufacturing department.

• WRA resource assessment and Energy yield estimation
• Lead the identification of mast and RSD locations considering various constraints, timing, and layout requirements for power plant construction.
• Conduct value engineering and commercial optimization analyses for wind power projects, including thorough site condition assessments.
• Oversee mast and RSD location selection, data analysis, and management for both development and operational projects, while providing guidance to subcontractors and contractors.
• Conduct field visits to project sites for topographical assessments, mast and RSD inspections, and supervision of installation, maintenance, and removal activities.
• Manage the collection and referencing of project information, including land and survey data, according to established benchmarks.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders about the progress and results of WRA activities.
• Coordinate with other department heads to ensure smooth operation of the company.
• Stay abreast of latest technological advancements in the renewable energy sector.
• Good Knowledge of data processing and analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Candidate should come with experience working in Wind Resource Assessment and softwares like WIND Pro, WASP, Global Mapper, Google Imaging and use of open source softwares like SRT
• High level of integrity & professionalism
