Summary:

As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. With exceptional communication skills, you will ensure the smooth operation of our world-class systems. Utilizing your deep product knowledge, you will accurately define client issues and design effective resolutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
  • Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
  • Provide voice support for service desk operations.
  • Resolve client issues by accurately identifying and interpreting problems.
  • Design and implement effective solutions based on deep product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth system operation.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional communication.
  • Continuously improve service desk operations through proactive problem-solving.
Professional & Technical Skills:
  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management, Service Desk Voice Support.
  • Strong understanding of IT service desk operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical clients.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving client issues.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Service Desk Management.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full-time education is required.
