Quality Analyst II International

You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our international clients needs.

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Perform regression testing and ensure proper functionality of software after changes are made.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback to improve clarity and testability.
• Generate and maintain testing documentation, including test reports and metrics.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP) is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL and ability to write basic queries for database testing.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
