Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales of an assigned territory.
  • Setting reasonable sales targets.
  • Monitoring the performance of the sales and to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
  • Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
  • Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
  • Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
  • Implementing a sales management process to identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.
  • Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
  • Servicing the needs of your existing customers
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Setting sales targets for individual reports.
  • Recruiting and training sales staff
  • Developing sales strategies and setting targets
  • Gathering and examining sales data
  • Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors
  • Increase business opportunities by implementing the right sales strategies
  • Establish and cater to a customer base keeping in mind the basic area sales manager roles and responsibilities
  • Compile sales strategies in accordance with the company's overarching goal, vision, and values.
  • Build brand awareness specifically for a geographical area as a sales field manager
  • Review, improvise and update sales policies and strategies as and when the situation arises, keeping in mind the scope of the company
  • Maximizing profit sales across stores in the assigned region.
  • To achieve sales targets as per the company's sales strategies.
  • To follow reporting system of the seniors.

Job Location :- Andheri Mumbai

Salary :- Upto 14 LPA
