SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Experience in creating content for social media,including writing engaging captions and selecting compelling visuals
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist in managing and updating our organisation's social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Create engaging and compelling content, such as posts, images, and videos, to promote our organisation's mission and programs
- Monitor social media channels for mentions,comments, and messages, and respond in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to develop social media campaigns and strategies to raise awareness, drive engagement, and increase followers
- Conduct research to identify trends and best practices in social media marketing for nonprofits
