• Completes shipping documents and prepares physical delivery of products as part of the order fulfillment process, in a plant, segment or warehouse organization assigned.
• Receive, check, complete and dispatch orders for products or deliveries (e.g. freight papers, shipping documents, customs declaration, etc.).
• Address problems and requests, analyze cost, route and delivery options, and propose alternatives.
• Provide field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements.
• Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information.
• Support assessment equipment requirements.

• Vocationally trained
• 1 to 3 years
