We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage our Balance Sheet operations. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in finance and accounting, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Analyze financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Identify areas for process improvements within balance sheet management.
Skills and Qualifications
  • CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
