We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Assistant Manager - Regional Supply Chain Logistics to join our client's team in Bangalore.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain logistics of the North 2 region, ensuring efficient distribution and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee supply chain logistics for the North 2 region.
  • Manage distribution from Plant and depots.
  • Monitor demand and supplies across all locations.
  • Handle transport management for plant and depots.
  • Consolidate and reconcile demand.
  • Manage working capital including cash, credit, crates, trolleys, FG, and returns.
  • Maintain key KPIs at maximum GB standards (OTIF, Max Cube, Equipment control, Lower S&D costs).
  • Collaborate on S&OP planning with S&OP Lead and Co-packer Lead.
  • Oversee sales order management process.
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and personal care compliance.
  • Coordinate human resource issues with HR.
  • Align vehicles and workstations with SOP/GB policies.
  • Monitor fixed assets and IT gadgets (HH & printers).
  • Maintain MIS and supply chain/value chain master footprint.
  • Control FG and manage rejection/returns processes.
  • Implement and manage FEFO at all locations.
  • Oversee control tower implementation and meetings.
  • Conduct operations and logistics control meetings.
  • Implement Lean methodology with 5-S.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics operations.
  • Support finance with logistics AOP, budgets, and business cases.
  • Mitigate causes of distribution delays.
