We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will spearhead our digital marketing initiatives, focusing on SEO, performance marketing, and social media strategy. You will oversee the creation and optimization of website content, blogs, and infographics to enhance our online presence and drive engagement.The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to executing digital campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and driving growth across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings, increase organic traffic, and enhance user experience. Conduct keyword research, optimise on-page content, and oversee technical SEO aspects.
Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns, including PPC, display advertising, and paid social. Analyse campaign performance, optimise ad spend, and drive measurable results.
Social Media Strategy: Oversee and execute social media strategies across various platforms. Develop engaging content, manage social media accounts, and monitor trends to ensure brand consistency and drive audience engagement.
Website Content: Manage and update website content to ensure it is relevant, engaging, and optimised for both users and search engines. Collaborate with the design and development teams to enhance site functionality and user experience.
Content Creation: Supervise the creation of high-quality blog posts, infographics, and other digital content. Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals while maintaining a consistent voice and style.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to guide data-driven decision-making.
Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Lead and mentor junior team members as needed.
Market Research: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep the company's digital marketing efforts innovative and competitive.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
Proven experience in managerial/team handling roles.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
Experience in setting up and optimising Google AdWords campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.

Preferred Skills:
Certification in Digital Marketing or related field (e.g., Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification).
