- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead and mentor junior professionals
- Conduct regular knowledge sharing sessions within the team
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Siebel Configuration
- Strong understanding of CRM systems
- Experience in customizing and configuring Siebel applications
- Knowledge of Siebel tools and scripting languages
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Siebel Configuration
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office
