Job Description- Develop and execute an organic social media strategy aligned with brand objectives.
- Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging organic content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with the online community.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to improve organic reach.
- Mediator between the internal team and the Marketing Agency.
Identify and implement growth strategies to increase brand visibility and follower count.
Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and brand alignment.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on organic growth.
Graduate + Diploma / PG in Digital Marketing.
Excellent understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.
Good hands on AI tools with the ability to create engaging and on-brand content.
Experience with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, etc.).
Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive engagement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with influencer collaborations and community management is a plus.
Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles is a bonus.
