Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at our Mumbai Suburban locations Andheri Kandivali and Malad. This is a full-time position, and the candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Qualifications And Skills- Proven experience in a receptionist or related role with strong customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to interact with patients and staff effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring an efficient workflow.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Manage the front desk by directing patients, answering queries, and redirecting phone calls.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring accurate and timely patient flow.
- Maintain patient records, updating information as necessary, and ensuring confidentiality.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email to patient inquiries.
- Handle administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry as needed.
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable, equipped with all necessary materials.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless communication and task coordination.
