Job Description We are looking to onboard a SEO Manager who will drive organic traffic growth and improve search engine visibility for AVP Suite in the USA and Canada. This is a key role focused on technical SEO, content optimization, and analytics-driven decision-making to help achieve business goals.
The ideal candidate should be a problem solver and a doersomeone who gets things done and isn't just focused on strategy but on hands-on execution and delivering measurable results. Key Responsibilities- Design and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic visibility and drive quality traffic.
- Identify high-intent keywords and optimise content to rank higher in search results.
- Manage on-page elements such as meta tags, schema, and internal linking; oversee off-page tactics like backlinks and partnerships.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, site speed, and mobile-friendliness issues.
- Collaborate with content teams to create keyword-rich, engaging, and optimised content.
- Monitor competitors SEO strategies and identify opportunities to outperform them.
- Track and measure SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across the website.
- Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
- Looks at all possible growth opportunities like programmatic seo and beyond
Required Skills and Qualifications
6+ years of proven experience in SEO for SaaS or cybersecurity products in the North American market.
Deep expertise in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog).
Strong understanding of Google algorithm updates, keyword research, and link building strategies.
Technical SEO skills, including handling structured data, XML sitemaps, robots.txt and programmatic SEO
Hasan experience of handling 100K+ Monthly traffic
Experience optimizing for mobile-first indexing and CoreWeb Vitals.
Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot) and familiarity with HTML/CSS basics.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actions.
Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
