Job Description
Participate in the requirements gathering meeting with the business and/or operations team.- Create and Maintain Business Requirements Document.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Solid understanding of business processes and systems, including experience with process mapping and modeling tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex business problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
