We are seeking a highly experienced Training Manager to join our team. The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for the pharmaceutical industry. This role is based in Delhi and requires a mid-level professional with 4 to 6 years of experience.
Qualifications And Skills- Bachelor's degree or Post Graduate in a relevant field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Training and Development, specifically in the Ethical pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies and learning principles.
- Experience designing and delivering both classroom and e-learning programs (Off-line and On-line)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and learning management systems.
- Certification in training and development is a plus.
- Design and develop training programs for the Sales Team in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders like Sales, HR and Management to identify training needs and objectives.
- Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online modules.
- Deliver training programs to employees, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees throughout the training process.
- Stay current with industry trends and developments to ensure training programs are up-to-date.
- Coordinate with external training vendors, if required.
- Manage training budgets and track expenses.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities.
quarterly & annual training program. Oversee employee attendance
and full participation during training programs.
Quantify & evaluate employee performance during training program.
Formulate systematic method of tracking the progression of employees post conducting training programs over VC & time bound online assignments.
Formulate an effective Manager Development Program (MDP) for line managers & conduct MDP as per company needs.
Identify talented individuals & groom them to take on higher responsibilities within the organisation.
Adhere to training KPIs. Prepare and present monthly progress reports on peoples developments through various training modules.- Minimum 8-10 days JFW in a month to assess the impact of trainings & to identify development areas for refining future programs.
