Field Sales Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to join our sales team. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our partners and clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential cab drivers and fleet operators for onboarding onto the Cabbudi platform.
- Conduct field visits to promote Cabbudi’s services and value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
- Provide training and support to drivers on using the Cabbudi app.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Gather feedback from partners and customers to enhance service offerings.
- Prepare daily reports on sales activities and market insights.
- Proven experience in sales or a similar field-based role (experience in ride-hailing or tech startups is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
- Basic proficiency in using smartphones and apps.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Language requirements: English, Hindi and Kannada
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
