Field Sales Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to join our sales team. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our partners and clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential cab drivers and fleet operators for onboarding onto the Cabbudi platform.
• Conduct field visits to promote Cabbudi’s services and value propositions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
• Provide training and support to drivers on using the Cabbudi app.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Gather feedback from partners and customers to enhance service offerings.
• Prepare daily reports on sales activities and market insights.

• Proven experience in sales or a similar field-based role (experience in ride-hailing or tech startups is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
• Basic proficiency in using smartphones and apps.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
• Language requirements: English, Hindi and Kannada
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
