Job Description

Responsibilities:

Proficiency in Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Experience in analyzing data to support project planning.
• Ability to create and maintain reports and dashboards for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Skilled in presenting findings clearly using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

Project Coordination Skills:

• Capable of assisting in organizing project activities and schedules.
• Experience in tracking timelines and ensuring timely task completion.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and partners.

Process Improvement and Operational Support:

• Able to identify inefficiencies in processes and propose improvements.
• Experience implementing best practices and conducting process audits.
• Technical proficiency to provide support and resolve issues using debugging tools and organizational systems.

Requirements:

• 1-2 Years of relevant experience.
• Strong data analysis skills, including the maintenance of KPI dashboards.
• Effective at coordinating projects, ensuring tasks are completed and maintaining clear communication with teams.
• Ability to identify and resolve process issues with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear interactions with teams and stakeholders.

Work Timings: 4:30 PM IST to 1:30 AM IST.
