SocialPilot is looking for a seasoned wordsmith to join our team as Head of Copy. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in copywriting. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can manage a team, oversee engagement, and ensure development of content resonating our brand.

This is a full-time role based in Ahmedabad, India.

What you will do
  1. Storytelling & Content Development:
  • Lead the development of captivating narratives that resonate with our target audience.
  • Ensure consistency in voice and tone across all marketing materials.
  1. Multi-Channel Copywriting:
  • Create and oversee content for various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials, adhering to best practices for each medium.
  1. Project Management:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and ensure cohesive messaging.
  1. Engagement:
  • Create content social media marketing channels to maximize engagement and brand presence.
  1. Editorial reviewing:
  • Conduct thorough reviews and edits of copy to uphold high editorial standards, focusing on grammar, clarity, and impact.
  1. Collaboration & Communication:
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the team and with other departments.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.

What are you like:

  1. 8+ Years of experience in copywriting, copyediting and managing campaign collateral
  2. Experience in the SaaS industry
  3. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Communications
  4. Proven experience as a copywriter, with a strong portfolio showcasing storytelling and diverse content creation.
  5. Exceptional editorial acumen
  6. Expertise in the elements of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies
  7. Familiarity with social media marketing and online reputation management tools.
  8. Solid understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies and best practices.
  9. Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with acute attention to detail.
  10. Proficient in WordPress and Google Drive applications.
  11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  12. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  13. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform under pressure.
