Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Service Delivery Manager at TechProjects offshore onsite location at Hitech city Hyderabad . ( work address: Orbit building , Knowledge city ,Raydurg, Hyderabad)
The Delivery Head plays a critical role in overseeing project delivery, managing client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence. Their responsibilities typically encompass strategic, operational, and leadership duties to align service delivery with the organization's business goals.
Client Relationship Management- Understand Client Requirements: Work closely with clients to gather detailed requirements for IT staffing needs.
- Project Delivery Oversight: Supervise the execution of multiple projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Serve as the main point of contact for client interactions and inquiries.
- Ensure Client Satisfaction: Regularly check in with clients to assess their satisfaction with the services provided.
- Talent Allocation: Match the right IT professionals to client projects based on skills, experience, and fit.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a talent pool and ensure quick turnaround times for client requirements.
- Team Onboarding: Facilitate onboarding processes for consultants deployed to client sites.

- Monitor Performance: Track the performance of placed consultants and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to delivery or resource management promptly.
- Project Coordination: Ensure that all staffing projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Recruitment and Retention:
- Collaborate with HR to attract and retain top talent.
- Build a strong bench strength of skilled professionals for critical roles.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to internal teams.
- Training and development : Ensure teams have the skills and knowledge to fulfill staffing needs effectively.
- Process Optimization: Streamline staffing processes to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
- Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements, including employment laws and data security.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and present reports on staffing metrics, delivery performance, and client satisfaction.
- Third-Party Oversight: Manage relationships with subcontractors or other vendors involved in providing staffing solutions.
- Performance Evaluation: Evaluate vendor contributions to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Assist Business Development: Support sales teams by providing insights on delivery capabilities during client pitches.
- Proposal Creation: Help create and refine staffing proposals and delivery plans.
- Client Feedback Loop: Gather and act on feedback from clients to improve staffing services.
