Role: Sales and Marketing Specialist

You will be responsible for driving client acquisition efforts, developing innovative outreach strategies, and building strong client relationships.

• Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through online platforms, cold outreach, and networking.
• Client Acquisition: Conduct sales pitches and follow-ups to convert leads into clients.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends and understand client needs to tailor solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop pitch decks and proposals.
• Performance Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities and progress, and provide regular updates to the management team.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

• Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the digital marketing or social media industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software, and email marketing platforms.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets within deadlines.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Complete understanding of social media marketing concepts and trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Must reside in Delhi NCR and be willing to commute to our office 2 days a week.
