Role: Sales and Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days of on-site work per week at our office in GreaterNoida, Uttar Pradesh. Candidates must be located near Delhi NCR to apply.You will be responsible for driving client acquisition efforts, developing innovative outreach strategies, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through online platforms, cold outreach, and networking.
- Client Acquisition: Conduct sales pitches and follow-ups to convert leads into clients.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and understand client needs to tailor solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop pitch decks and proposals.
- Performance Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities and progress, and provide regular updates to the management team.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the digital marketing or social media industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software, and email marketing platforms.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets within deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Complete understanding of social media marketing concepts and trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Must reside in Delhi NCR and be willing to commute to our office 2 days a week.
