Assist passengers with check-in, seat selection, boarding passes, and baggage information. Provide guidance on airline policies, travel requirements, and visa regulations. Issue Resolution & Complaint Handling Address customer complaints, including flight delays, lost baggage, and service concerns.
Collaborate with airport staff, ground crews, and airline management to resolve issues quickly. Follow up with passengers to ensure their concerns are resolved satisfactorily. Communication & Coordination Provide real-time updates to passengers about flight status, gate changes, or delays.
Coordinate with different departments, such as security, baggage handling, and boarding teams. Assist passengers with special needs, including elderly travelers, unaccompanied minors, and people with disabilities. Ticketing & Reservation Support Help passengers book flights, modify itineraries, and process refunds.
Inform customers about promotional offers, loyalty programs, and fare upgrades. Ensure accuracy in ticketing procedures and follow airline regulations. Security & Compliance Follow all airline, airport, and aviation safety protocols. Verify passenger documents, such as passports, visas, and boarding passes.
Maintain confidentiality of passenger information in compliance with airline policies. Data Entry & Reporting Maintain records of customer interactions, complaints, and service improvements. Generate reports on passenger feedback, common issues, and service enhancements.
