Job Description:

We are seeking a Creative Coordinator who will play a key role in managing our creative projects, ensuring efficiency, timely delivery, and maximum utilization of team resources. If you are a strong communicator, an organized manager, and fluent in Hindi and English, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Communication:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and timely feedback loops.
  • Maintain professional and responsive client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
  1. Team Management & Coordination:
  • Assign tasks to the Graphic Designer and 3D Generalist based on project priorities.
  • Monitor team efficiency and resource utilization to maximize output.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks to ensure smooth workflows.
  1. Project Efficiency:
  • Develop and oversee project schedules to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
  • Track project milestones and progress, proactively addressing potential delays.
  • Ensure the team's work aligns with the brief and maintains high-quality standards.
  1. Process Optimization:
  • Continuously evaluate team performance and suggest improvements for increased productivity.
  • Implement systems or tools to enhance workflow and project tracking.
  1. Reporting:
  • Regularly update the Founder on project progress, team efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. Skills:
  • Strong team management and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of productivity and ensure optimal resource utilization.
  1. Experience:
  • 12 years in a similar role, preferably in a creative or digital agency.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Google Workspace is a plus.
  1. Personality Traits:
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • A team player who can motivate and coordinate effectively.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
  • Holidays on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month.

Compensation:

  • 3.2 LPA to 4 LPA (In-hand)
