• Building the Sales strategy for India-Enterprise market
• Handling a team of 5-8 Enterprise Account Executives and scale further
• Hiring, mentoring, retaining and motivating the team
• Providing a strong career development and growth to team members
• Managing a Multi-million dollar Revenue quota and grow further into P&L Management
• Interacting with Top-clients for high-touch engagements
• Navigating the business in anything else beyond the above

• Strong understanding and experience of the SAAS business model
• Strong understanding of the Indian market
• Strong relationships with Finance and Technology Leaders in Enterprise orgs
• Comfort level with Outbound
• 2+ years of Managerial experience
• Experience handling large customers
• Structured, long-term approach towards people management
• Someone who can work with Global teams
• People-oriented person who can gel with support functions to compliment org development, rather than only influencing revenue
