- Work with cross functional team to determine business case, feasibility, and timelines.
- Ensure the project is completed within planned deadlines and budget.
- Provide technical leadership, but not line management of cross functional teams.
- Able to manage multiple projects (multiple releases) within the product. Able to assess for critical dependencies in scope, resources and schedule for releases in parallel.
- Excellent Communicative skills with both external and internal stakeholders
- Understands and able to manage Business readiness process (tasks and activities that are including teams across organization and preparing project release for uptake by customers).
- Plan for overall corporate compliance tasks in security, 3rd party open source, VPAT, and export compliance.
- Very organized and great leadership skills.
- Able to manage projects globally.
- Communicate via Jeopardy Reports when there are deviations from the plan that impacts schedule and
- Able to lead bug scrubs and drive achieving key KPIs
- Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Oracle Communications Industry Unit Program Management Office has an opening within the team for a dynamic, self-starting Program Manager.
Program manager responsibilities include governance, alignment, assurance, management, integration, optimization, tracking, finances, infrastructure, planning, and improvement for all assigned projects.
Program Managers routinely provide supervision of a project or multiple projects to achieve a corporate vision. Program Managers are responsible for governance which involves working with the overarching company structure, product/Solution/SaaS lifecycle processes and procedures to accomplish objectives, which include metrics of success and deliverables.Alignment entails top-down vision, goals and objectives from business strategy flowing through to successful completion of projects for program objectives. Assurance includes checks and balances for compliance with standards and vision alignment.
Management involves regular reviews for accountability and successful management of project, stakeholders, and suppliers.
As part of the fast paced and dynamic Program Management team we require:
Knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques
Project Management Professional (PMP) certified or path to certification underway
Scrum Master or Product Owner certified or path to certification underway
Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management
Strong communicative skills, leadership and management skills with the ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems
Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
Knowledge of development methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall and Kanban
Competency in applications including Confluence, JIRA, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
