PLC Programmer - Ghāziābād
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced PLC Programmer to join our team and contribute to designing, programming, and implementing cutting-edge automation solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with 8+ years of experience in PLC, HMI/GOT, SCADA, and VFD programming, who are passionate about working in a dynamic environment and delivering robust solutions for industrial automation.
Key Requirements- Hands-on experience in PLC programming with a System House/System Integrator.
- Proficiency in PLC, HMI/GOT, SCADA, and VFD programming.
- Expertise in advanced programming including communication protocols such as RS-232, RS-485, Ethernet, EtherCAT, Modbus, Profinet, and programming of Servo Motors, Robots, and CNC systems.
- Industrial experience with PLC brands like SIEMENS, ALLEN BRADLEY, and MITSUBISHI.
- Develop machine logic/programming in PLC based on defined requirements.
- Conduct panel testing, PLC I/O testing, and troubleshoot as needed.
- Provide online/offline support for customer troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Analyze and suggest changes to panel drawings when required.
- Perform machine testing at the factory and oversee installation and commissioning at client sites.
- Prepare documentation for control systems, ladder diagrams, and flowcharts.
- Manage project deliverables independently or as part of a team.
- Collaborate with customers to ensure solutions meet their specific requirements.
- Travel to client sites for on-site support and commissioning.
- Experience in system integrators of PLC brands (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi).
- Strong understanding of industrial automation, programming, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to handle projects autonomously and provide innovative solutions.
