Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Lead Generation Team Leader to oversee and manage our lead generation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of lead generation specialists, developing and implementing effective strategies to generate qualified leads, and working closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a continuous pipeline of prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the lead generation team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential customers and expand the sales pipeline.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of the lead generation team, ensuring KPIs and targets are met consistently.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training, guidance, and performance feedback to the team to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals and the smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Lead Qualification: Ensure leads are properly qualified and meet the criteria for sales teams to pursue.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of lead generation campaigns and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead generation metrics, team performance, and insights for senior management.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to optimize lead generation efforts.
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to track, manage, and analyze leads efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or in a similar role, with at least [X] years of experience.
