Sales Telecaller cum Demonstrator /(Kitchen Chimneys & Water Purifiers/) Overview/: This role is critical in driving sales and service revenue for kitchen appliances /(chimneys, water purifiers/) and their Annual Maintenance Contracts /(AMCs/).
The employee combines telecalling to generate leads with in/-person/virtual product demonstrations to convert prospects into customers. By educating clients on product benefits, addressing concerns, and promoting AMC packages, this role ensures customer retention and recurring revenue for the business.
Key Responsibilities Telecalling & Lead Generation/: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or cold leads. Qualify leads by assessing customeeeds /(e.g., chimney size, water quality issues/). Schedule appointments for product demonstrations.
Product Demonstrations/: Conduct live or virtual demonstrations of kitchen chimneys and water purifiers, showcasing/: Chimneys/: Auto/-clean features, suction power, noise levels, installation process. Water Purifiers/: RO/UV filtration, maintenance requirements, water/-saving benefits.
Tailor demos to address specific customer pain points /(e.g., smoke removal, hard water solutions/). Customer Education & Query Resolution/: Explain technical specifications /(e.g., chimney airflow capacity, purifier TDS reduction/) in simple terms.
Address objections like pricing, installation challenges, or maintenance costs. Sales Conversion & Follow/-Up/: Negotiate pricing, discounts, or payment plans to close sales. Follow up with undecided leads via calls, emails, or WhatsApp to nurture conversions.
AMC Upselling/: Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts during/post/-sale, emphasizing benefits/: Free servicing, priority repairs, discounted spare parts. Convert one/-time buyers into long/-term AMC subscribers. Record Management/: Maintain a CRM/database of customer interactions, demo feedback, and sales outcomes.
Share weekly reports on lead status, conversions, and AMC sales. Skills and Qualifications Communication Skills/: Clear, persuasive verbal communication for telecalling and demos; basic email/chat etiquette. Technical Knowledge/: Understanding of chimney types /(auto/-clean, baffle filters/) and water purifier technologies /(RO, UV, UF/).
