Operations Manager - Finance & Accounting

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop effective business intelligence strategies and analytics solutions to improve business performance
• Responsible for assessing new reporting requests to ensure non redundant reliable and accurate information is provided and meets the business needs
• Managing different stakeholders of various levels of seniority in order to better understand expectations and needs
• Lead the timely delivery of key strategic reports to clients leadership team
• Analyse and prepare presentations that communicate complex analysis and findings in a simple concise and interpretable manner
• Maximize compliance control across the analytics solutions delivered
• Identifies external and internal factors that impact risk and mitigation opportunities
• Identifies potential new or emerging risks threats and implements mitigation plans
• University graduate with minimum of 15 years of education with Bachelors Masters Degree in Commerce
• Graduate in Accounting with accounting certification like CA or CPA or similar certification in UK
• Good analytical and numeric skills using spreadsheets and databases
• Hands on experience in regulatory reporting along with financial analysis and providing decision support
• Working Knowledge of business intelligence tools
• 5 years relevant experience in F A and Regulatory Reporting
