The same year, we set up our first apartment clinic, RxDx Alpine Eco. Including corporate tie-ups, RxDx now operates around 30 medical centres across Bangalore.
Job Summary
RxDx is looking for a Senior Executive Credit Control & Corporate Accounts to manage the end-to-end credit control, collections, pricing proposals, corporate agreements, and contract renewals. The role requires strong financial acumen, experience in handling corporate accounts (TPAs, insurers, corporates, and government schemes), and expertise in documentation.
The candidate will also be responsible for pricing negotiations with corporate clients, requiring a keen understanding of competitor pricing, market intelligence, and industry trends to ensure RxDx remains competitive in the healthcare sector.Additionally, the role involves collaborating with MARCOM to enhance brand visibility for new corporate partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Credit Control & Collections
Oversee billing to collections management for corporate clients, TPAs, Insurers and government schemes.
Perform accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
Monitor corporatebill cancellations, toensure accurate invoicing.
Ensure timely invoice submissions through various channels (email, online portals, postal mail/courier or facilitating in-person submission with proper acknowledgement).
Manage query resolutions and escalations related to invoices, payments, and disputes.
Develop strategies to reduce Outstanding and improve cash flow.
Generate and maintain key financial and MIS reports:
oDebtor aging reports
oInvoice submission trackers
oOutstanding follow-up records
oCustomer portal dashboards
oAgreement/Contract Renewal Tracker
oCorporate Client Tracker
Corporate Agreements & Documentation
Prepare, review, and manage MoUs, contracts, and agreements with corporate clients, insurers, and TPAs.
Ensure timely renewals of agreements while maintaining contractual compliance.
Maintain an updated contract database with details on pricing, service deliverables, and obligations.
Work with legal and finance teams to update agreement terms and pricing structures as required.
Pricing & Corporate Health Packages- Develop and propose pricing structures for Corporate clients, including:
oPre-Policy Medical Checkups
oPost-Policy Medical Checkups
oCashless OPDs
oIP Packages
Collaborate with sales, finance and analytics teams to analyse market trends and offer competitive pricing.
Ensure pricing compliance with corporate agreements and industry standards.
Track and manage pricing changes, discounts, and package customizations based on agreements.
Corporate Client Onboarding & Marketing Collaboration- Coordinate with MARCOM to promote new corporate partnerships across RxDx&aposs website, social media platforms, and in-clinic branding.
- Work with MARCOM to highlight value propositions, tailor messaging, and create promotional content for newly onboarded clients.
- Assist in gathering testimonials, case studies, and success stories from corporate clients for marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: B.Com (Bachelors in Commerce), M.Com, MBA in Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in credit control, collections, corporate accounts, or financial documentation, preferably in the healthcare sector.

Experience in cost control, financial modeling, and strategic planning.
Ability to analyze competitor pricing and industry trends to optimize corporate health package offerings.
Technical & Analytical Skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, and PowerPoint for financial reporting and data analysis.
Experience in managing corporate agreements, contract renewals, and compliance tracking.
Ability to generate, analyze, and maintain key MIS reports, dashboards, and financial trackers.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to liaise effectively with corporate clients, TPAs, insurers, and internal teams.
Skilled in handling negotiations, resolving escalations, and driving agreement renewals.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration, especially with finance and MARCOM respectively for receivables and corporate partnerships and promotions.
Marketing & Branding Collaboration
Experience in coordinating with MARCOM to promote new corporate partnerships.
Ability to leverage digital and in-clinic branding to enhance RxDxs corporate presence.
Strong networking skills to build and maintain long-term corporate relationships.
