# Front Office Executive & Admin

Location: RR Nagar, Bangalore
Experience: 6 Months-2 Years
Budget: 3 LPA

Interview Mode : F2F

KeyResponsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.

Manage the scheduling and booking of meetings or appointments for employees.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Handle office correspondence, including receiving and sorting mail, packages, and deliveries.

Provide basic administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.

Assist with preparing and maintaining office supplies inventory.

Coordinate with other departments to manage office activities and logistics.

Monitor and maintain visitor logs for security and compliance purposes.

Assist with travel arrangements and hotel bookings for staff as required.

Perform other administrative tasks or duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training is a plus.
  1. 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.

Proficiency in using office equipment (e.g., phone systems, photocopiers, fax machines).

Familiarity with basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite).

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a positive demeanor.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
