Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing automation, CRM management, and omni-channel marketing strategies. This role requires expertise in HubSpot (Professional or higher), revenue operations, CRM setup, and advanced Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.The ideal candidate will drive marketing performance, increase lead generation, and support revenue growth through innovative campaigns and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing Automation & CRM Management
Manage and optimize our HubSpot Professional platform to drive effective marketing automation.
Build and execute workflows, email sequences, lead nurturing, and scoring models.
Oversee CRM setup, integration, data enrichment, and data segmentation for targeted campaigns.
Maintain clean and organized data within the CRM and ensure seamless integration with other tools.- Omni-Channel Marketing Execution
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, social media, SMS, WhatsApp, PPC, and display ads).
Create cohesive strategies to engage prospects and customers throughout their buyer journey.
Track and analyze campaign performance across all channels to optimize for ROI.- Advanced Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
Develop and manage personalized ABM strategies to target high-value accounts.
Collaborate with the sales team to create highly customized campaigns for specific accounts or segments.
Monitor ABM metrics and report on engagement, pipeline contribution, and revenue growth on HubSpot.- Content & Campaign Development
Work closely with the content team to create compelling content, including emails, whitepapers, case studies, and landing pages.
Design campaigns to target specific personas and industries using messaging that aligns with their pain points and needs.
Develop and oversee paid advertising strategies on platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, WhatsApp and Facebook.- Revenue Operations
Partner with sales and finance teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
Set up and monitor KPIs across the marketing funnel, from lead generation to conversion.
Optimize lead handoff processes and ensure seamless alignment between marketing and sales teams.- Team Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with broader business goals.
Train team members on HubSpot and marketing best practices.
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, as needed.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years managing HubSpot Professional or Enterprise or any other CRM
Proven track record of executing omni-channel marketing and ABM strategies.
Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with HubSpot marketing, sales, and CRM tools.
Proficiency in marketing automation, lead scoring, workflow creation, and reporting.
Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and ad platforms.
Familiarity with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and revenue attribution models.
