Tech Mahindra is seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our Technical Support Voice Process.

Job Location: Noida

Eligibility Criteria:

For Freshers:

• Educational Qualifications: B.Tech, BE, Diploma in any technical discipline or relevant studies.
• Strong interest in Technical Support role.
• Basic understanding of troubleshooting steps.

For Experienced Candidates:

• Both UG & Graduate can apply.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Technical Support role (voice process).
• Familiarity with remote troubleshooting tools steps .

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support via voice calls, addressing customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
• Assist customers in resolving electronic gadgets problems.
• Manage and resolve customer issues efficiently and providing first-call resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
• Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and steps taken to resolve issues.

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Basic technical knowledge.
• Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
