Job Description
Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for helping users We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to manage the Help & Support section of our app, assist users with their queries, and ensure a seamless experience. This is a great opportunity for freshers to kick-start their career in technical support and gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting and customer assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to user queries and resolve technical issues via tickets, emails, and chats.
- Monitor and update the Help & Support section of the app.
- Troubleshoot common app-related problems and escalate complex issues.
- Work closely with the development and QA teams to ensure timely resolutions.
- Maintain logs and reports to track recurring issues and improvements.
What Were Looking For:
- A graduate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (freshers welcome).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills to assist users effectively.
- Basic understanding of mobile apps and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
