About The Role
The Logistics Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods, raw materials, and finished products. This role involves coordinating shipments, managing inventory, optimizing transportation routes, and working with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective solutions.

Job Responsibilities- Planning and Scheduling: Develop and manage transportation schedules for deliveries and shipments.
- Shipping Documentation: Ensure all necessary shipping documents are prepared, such as bills of lading, Shipping Bills, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Route Optimization: Ensure that the most efficient and cost-effective routes are chosen for shipments.
- Tracking Shipments: Monitor shipments from origin to destination, ensuring on-time deliveries and resolving any delays.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and service quality.
- Customs and Regulations: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements for both import and export shipments.
- Customer Communication: Act as the point of contact for customers regarding delivery schedules, shipping issues, or special requirements.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues related to shipping or deliveries.
- Service Improvement: Work with the customer service team to improve the overall customer experience by streamlining logistics operations.
- Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to reduce transportation costs, warehousing costs, and other logistics-related expenses.
- KPI Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, shipping costs, and order accuracy. Prepare performance reports for management review
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate logistics processes for inefficiencies and implement improvements.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Logistics
- Logistics knowledge: transport, customs, export, warehousing, distribution, packaging, etc
- Fluent in English, any other language is beneficial
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration & presentation skills
- Positive attitude to problem solving & teamwork
- Able to work independently anywhere & in any circumstances
- Customer Focus, Ownership and Performances
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams & PPT)
