We are looking for a talented social media professional to administer our social media accounts.

Experience:4+ Years

Salary:Up to 6 LPA

  • You will be responsible for creating original text, graphic, and video content, managing posts, responding to messages/comments & increasing the channel followers.
  • You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.
  • As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
  • You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our companys views creatively.
  • Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence, ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Set specific objectives and reports on ROI.
  • Will be responsible for micro endorsements & influencer marketing activities.
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news) on various social media platforms.
  • Monitoring and increasing social media engagement, traffic & followers across platforms.
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency.
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
  • Have a proven track record of handling ORM in an efficient way.
  • Oversee & optimize social media accounts design.
  • Stay up to date with current technologies, trends in social media, design tools & applications.
  • Lead generation using FB, Insta, Twitter, and LinkedIn via organic & paid ad modes.
  • Must be able to juggle multiple projects/brands at the same time.
  • Creating & managing social media content calendar.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) like link clicks, likes & other metrics of social media marketing campaigns.
  • Monitoring /analyzing trends and competitor performance.
  • Collaborating with agencies and influencers to improve brand awareness
  • Maintain digital reporting dashboard of different brand accounts.
  • Prepare emails newsletters to send out to customers Email Marketing
  • Media Buying from different channels and finding new ways to promote products in the new digital era.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Brainstorm new, creative, trending & viral content ideas for growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
  • Set up, manage, and update social media accounts.
  • Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn Ads.
  • Setting up the Ad accounts, Analytics, Running and managing Ads campaigns.
  • Scale current social media advertising efforts and improve ROI.

Qualifications:

  • The candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in handling social media channels, which includes but is not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter & YouTube, etc.
  • Hands-on experience in engaging content planning, creation & management.
  • Ability to study & interpret marketing analytics skills using MS Excel and different tools.
  • Good knowledge of on-page/off-page SEO, Google Analytics, Search Console, Google ads & web design.
  • Experience in Influencer marketing.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Solid knowledge of SMM, SMO & lead generation.
  • Coordinating with SEO, web Development & creative teams.
  • Must be a team player and able to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of diverse online marketing channels
  • A graduate degree in Marketing or a relevant field
  • Proven expertise in social media marketing and social media platforms
  • Strategic thinking for developing effective marketing campaigns
  • Great organizational skills: the ability to monitor multiple social media platforms concurrently.
  • Excellent communication skills in reporting results and liaising with agencies and influencers
  • Adept at community building and keeping calm under high-pressure interactions
  • Tech-savvy for creating visuals if required and collaborating with other creative team members
  • Knowledge of different content management systems like Shopify & WordPress.
  • YouTube Channel & Google My Business account Handling.
