Reporting Chief Client Officer
Major Responsibilities- Client connects to understand requirements related to learning or talent development.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their specific learning objectives and performance gaps.
- Ability to understand and pitch KNOLSKAPE products (Digital & Leadership) to align with the client's requirements.
- Designing learning solution journeys in line with the client's requirements.
- Understand and articulate the value of proposed training solutions to clients, helping them see the ROI and business impact.
- Expand client engagements by identifying additional training needs and opportunities for deeper/broader collaboration.
- Leading the execution of proposed solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders and as per the approved project plans.
- Demonstrating thought leadership in learning and development.
Role Requirements
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Learning and Development SME.
Strong internal and external client service orientation.
Ability to work in ambiguous environments.
Being agile and flexible in ways of working.
Ability to build strong relationships.
Client centric approach and mindset.
Qualification- 10-15 years of relevant experience in a Learning & Development role.
- Knowledge of established L&D frameworks, solutions, and theories.
- In depth understanding of talent management practices and processes.
- Knowledge of latest trends in Learning & Development.
